Agreement to these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Organizly, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Organizly is provided by Yeajean Cho (“we,” “us,” or “the developer”). Apple is not a party to these terms except as a third-party beneficiary where required by Apple’s standard licensed application terms.
Your license to use Organizly
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Organizly on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Usage Rules. The app is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from Organizly except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, projects, notes, and other content you create. Organizly stores that content on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud. We do not claim rights to it and cannot access private iCloud records.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple Account and for any backups you consider necessary. Do not use Organizly as the sole repository for information where loss could create serious harm.
Organizly Pro
The free version includes unlimited tasks, projects, notes, reminders, iCloud sync, search, glanceable widgets, and quick capture. Organizly Pro unlocks additional conveniences, currently including interactive widget actions, Siri and Shortcuts, recurring tasks, accent themes, and alternate app icons.
Features may evolve as the app improves. We will not intentionally remove access to content you created because a Pro entitlement ends.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Organizly Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription and an auto-renewable yearly subscription. At publication, the U.S. prices are $2.49 per month and $11.99 per year. Final pricing in your currency is shown by the App Store before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Apple charges the renewal to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions after purchase.
- Deleting Organizly does not cancel a subscription.
Yearly 7-day free trial
The yearly subscription may include a seven-day free trial for eligible customers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to the yearly paid subscription at the price displayed when you started the trial. Eligibility and trial availability are determined by Apple. Any unused portion of a trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Billing, cancellations, and refunds
Apple processes all billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain Pro access until then. Except where law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Lifetime purchase
Organizly Pro is also offered as a one-time lifetime purchase, currently $24.99 USD. “Lifetime” means access to the Pro features of Organizly for as long as we make the current app available and technically support those features. It is not a promise that the app, App Store, iCloud, or any particular third-party service will operate forever.
The lifetime purchase is tied to the Apple Account used to buy it and can be restored through the App Store. It is not currently eligible for Family Sharing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Organizly, interfere with its operation, use it to violate law or another person’s rights, bypass purchase controls, or distribute modified copies. Because Organizly is a private personal organizer, it is not designed for emergency response, medical treatment, legal deadlines, or other safety-critical use.
Updates and availability
We may release updates, correct errors, change features, or discontinue support for older system versions. Some functions depend on Apple services such as iCloud, notifications, Siri, and the App Store, which we do not control. We may discontinue Organizly, but your locally stored content is not held in a developer account or on a developer content server.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free data storage. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of Organizly. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for Organizly during the twelve months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
We may update these terms to reflect app, legal, or business changes. The revised effective date will be shown above. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this website when appropriate. Continuing to use Organizly after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
