Organizly 2.0 arrives mid-September

A personal organizer for iPhone

The whole plan,
in one place.

Organizly keeps a plan's tasks, notes, and lists together — instead of split across a reminders app, a notes app, and wherever that packing list went.

Free on the App Store · iPhone · Organizly+ optional

Organizly Home: today's tasks, two pinned projects with progress rings, and pinned notes.

Keep the thread

One trip. Three apps.

The booking task is in Reminders. The confirmation number is in Notes. The packing list is somewhere else. Organizly gives the whole trip one home.

The Kyoto in April project: its tasks, its notes, a due date, and a completion bar, on one screen.

Less ceremony. More continuity.

Easy in. Easy back.

Capture the thought now. Organizly keeps enough context around it to make sense when you return.

Home with the inline composer open and “Book the airport train” typed into it.

Two taps, captured.

Write it down before the thought leaves. Type a title and you’re done — details can come later, or never. Quick Add works from Control Center and the Action Button without opening Organizly.

Home brings you back.

See what needs attention, what’s next, and what you pinned. No daily setup. It’s just there when you return.

Goals and collections

Some lists get finished. Some live forever.

Projects can be goals that end — or collections that don’t. The packing list is still there next trip, with no progress bar nagging that it’s unfinished. Keep gift ideas and books ready whenever the next one appears.

Questions, answered

The useful details.

Why not just use Apple Reminders?
Reminders is great at reminding. But a real plan has prose, a deadline, and a list that shouldn’t die when it’s done. In Organizly, the trip’s tasks, notes, and packing list live in one project — with a Home screen that shows where you left off.
Is the free version actually usable?
Yes. There are no limits on tasks, projects, notes, or reminders, and iCloud sync is included. Organizly+ adds conveniences such as home screen widgets, Siri, recurring tasks, and project colors — not basic capability.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone and, when iCloud is enabled, in your own private iCloud. Organizly has no account system or company server for your content, so we cannot access it.
Does Organizly work on iPad, Android, or Mac?
Organizly is built for iPhone and runs on iPad too. There is no Android or Mac version.
What happens if I stop subscribing to Organizly+?
Everything you made stays. Your tasks, projects, notes, and reminders remain available; Organizly+ conveniences pause until you subscribe again.
I use the current Organizly. What happens when I update?
Your existing tasks, projects, and notes import automatically the first time you open the new version. Nothing is lost.
