Organizly stores your data on your device and syncs it through the private iCloud account signed in on that device. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled and Organizly is allowed to use iCloud in Settings. Sync timing is managed by the system and may take a moment after a device has been offline.

Open Settings, choose Notifications, then Organizly and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Also check that Focus mode is not silencing the alert. Organizly schedules reminders locally on your device, so no account or server is involved.

Open Organizly, go to Settings, choose Organizly Pro, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Restoring never charges you again.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select Organizly, and choose Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access through the end of the paid period.

Apple handles all App Store billing and refund decisions, so Organizly cannot issue a refund directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose Request a refund, and select the relevant purchase.

The new version automatically imports your existing tasks, projects, and notes the first time it opens. This is a one-time migration and does not delete the original data until the import finishes successfully.

Yes. Organizly is designed first for iPhone and also runs on iPad. There is currently no Android or Mac version.

Your tasks, projects, notes, reminders, and synced data stay intact. Pro-only conveniences pause, and everything essential remains available in the free version.

Organizly has no account to delete. Delete individual items in the app, or remove the app and its iCloud data from your device settings. Because the data belongs to your private iCloud account, Organizly support cannot access or erase it for you.
